ePortal login and overview
ePortal is the public online filing system for the Calgary Assessment Review Board (ARB). Users can file complaints on property assessments or local improvements.
ePortal users can:
- see the status of their assessment complaints,
- access their hearing information,
- submit evidence to the ARB,
- request postponements,
- submit withdrawal requests, and
- access previous ARB decisions.

Technical requirements
The ARB ePortal works on a PC or Mac desktop.
Mobile devices may need to be set to desktop site mode. Landscape orientation may work better in desktop site mode. To set desktop mode on a mobile device:

ePortal login
You can login to the ARB ePortal using your Calgary myID.
