The Assessment Review Board office is closed, but we are still able to assist you.
As The City responds to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Assessment Review Board is doing its part and although our physical office is now closed, there are other ways we can assist you.
Filing Complaints: It is not necessary to come to the ARB's office to file a complaint; there are many other ways we can assist you. We encourage you to file complaints online through ePortal and/or contact our office for staff members to assist you over the phone. Please note that the deadlines for filing a complaint still apply.
If you prefer to submit something to us by paper, we have a dropbox on the 1st floor of our building which you can access from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Please ensure your name, contact information and date deposited is included on your materials.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation as we work through this together.
Assessment Review Board (ARB)
The Calgary Assessment Review Board (ARB) is a quasi-judicial board established in accordance with the Municipal Government Act and The City of Calgary Bylaws 15M2018 and 44M2019.
